Both the Tool and any Products created by users using the Tool are solely owned by Domino Music Group Limited (Domino) and Products may be used by Domino and George FitzGerald (Artist) as part of the Artist’s live performances.
Users may not use the Tool for any reason other than to create Products for use by Domino and the Artist, and may not use or exploit Products for any purpose, whether commercial or non-commercial, without Domino’s express prior written consent.
